Kuwait National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature
The National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature was established by an Emiri Decree issued on July 17, 1973 for the state to assume the main role in the process of intellectual, cultural and artistic development within a clear vision that works to nurture and advance culture and the arts and pave the way for communication and communication with Arab and international culture. The National Council is an independent body affiliated with the state, it works to create the appropriate climate for cultural and artistic creativity and the development of cultural activities on a large scale. The council enjoys financial and administrative independence and broad cultural responsibilities that make it practically closer to the ministries of culture in other countries.
