Registered Audience – Transportation Subsidy Claim Procedure

For Hong Kong Residents

Use your Octopus Card to board at any MTR station.
Exit at Tsing Yi Station and transfer to the Airport Express (subsidy is only applicable to those transferring at Tsing Yi Station).
Arrive at AsiaWorld-Expo Station and exit.
Proceed to the Octopus transaction record inquiry machines (available at gates A and B).
Use your phone to take a picture of the transaction record.
Complete audience registration outside the venue (subsidy is only available for registered audience members).
Before entering the venue, proceed to the “Registered Audience Transportation Fee Redemption Counter”

Notes:

Each registered audience member is entitled to only one subsidy and cannot receive another offer (two hours of free parking).
You must stay at the venue for more than one hour.
Subsidy amount: HKD 47.
Must use an Octopus Card.
Must present the audience registration QR code.
Must transfer to the Airport Express at Tsing Yi Station (not the Tung Chung Line) and alight at AsiaWorld-Expo Station.
After your visit, you must return to your original departure MTR station via the same route (i.e., transfer at Tsing Yi Station again); otherwise, MTR will charge you more than HKD 47 for the fare.
Subsidy Processing Time: ( May 30 – June 1:　14:30 – 18:30), ( June 2:　14:00 – 15:30 )

(The transportation fees listed above are based on the announcements from MTR Corporation. In case of any discrep-ancies, the stated subsidy amounts (Tsing Yi: HKD 47; Kowloon: HKD 60) shall prevail. The company reserves the right to issue the subsidy and to interpret the relevant terms.)

For Mainland Visitors Traveling to Hong Kong by High-Speed Rail

Walk from the High-Speed Rail Station (West Kowloon Station) to Airport Express Kowloon Station. Before entering the gate, complete the following three steps:

complete the Hong Kong Art Expo audience registration.
Purchase an Octopus Card (deposit refundable upon departure from Hong Kong).
Find a designated counter (ask MTR staff for “Special Same Day Round Trip” ticket) to purchase a same-day round-trip ticket to AsiaWorld-Expo Station for HKD 60 (payment must be made via Octopus Card, and admission proof is required, i.e. Your registered audience QR code for entering the venue).

Use this ticket to board the Airport Express at Kowloon Station to AsiaWorld-Expo Station (DO NOT take the Tung Chung Line, and DO NOT alight at Airport Station).
　
Upon arrival at AsiaWorld-Expo Station, present your registered audience QR code to enter the venue and proceed to the “Registered Audience Transportation Fee Redemption Counter”.
